We’re looking for an innovative and creative person to help create and lead a client-side sales department from its early stages. As the media sales agent, the candidate will form a savvy and vivacious team in one of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding industries in today’s marketplace; an industry that is taking the world by storm with its appeal and growth potential. This position will allow the candidate to truly enjoy several sides of the business world, combining their sales, technical and management skills with a great amount of new information taught, as well as self-learned. We are looking for candidates with an inquisitive nature and a high level of motivation. Sales Experience in the online industry is a must. The daily tasks will include constant outreach, negotiations with new clients, signing legal agreements, establishing and developing successful business relations with anyone who shares an interest in online and mobile businesses. The position will include thorough training and an introduction to the mobile advertising industry if necessary. It will also require the candidate to reach out to online and mobile advertisers and bring new advertising campaigns.
The media buyer will be responsible for identifying potential partners and markets; collecting, growing, maintaining and analyzing a lead database; initiating contact with new partners and negotiate deals with them.
Understand the needs of clients and tailor the appropriate solution, as well as maintain positive relations with clients.
Account Management: Optimize the media from the publisher’s side while working with a range of client accounts at the same time, often juggling various projects and deadlines.
Enhance and increase the company’s media assets by locating, recruiting and developing new business opportunities.
Research, locate, contact and recruit potential traffic sources
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with media providers
Negotiate agreements, close deals, and support new business partnerships
Identify needs, trends and business opportunities within the industry
Work with company marketing regarding – sales materials, PPT, data sheets, tradeshows and events
